I went to innovations a year ago, the first time I had been to a hairdressers in years as was never happy with what I had left with. I entered the salon with dark red dyed curly hair and 6 hours later and dark outside I left with beautiful blonde styled hair. By the time I left and 10 cups of coffee later Tina was still smiling and I was delighted and amazed with the results. I have now moved to Worcester but would go nowhere but innovations. I have had my hair cut for some years, mainly with Vanessa at Innovations. I cannot fault them at all. I have had many complements about my hair over the years. As Vanessa knows I am continually changing my hair style and by giving ideas of the style I like, I allow her to use her expertise to be creative. I think this is important as the team at Innovations know the latest trends, types of hair and styles to suit particular face shapes. Loving my natural hair colour of 'strawberry blond,' I decided to have a full hair colour to become more 'ginger' a colour I love. Vanessa took samples of my hair to colour. I met her prior to my appointment to decide on the one that suited my colouring. During my cut and colour I was very well looked after...a chat with the girls and a lovely cup of tea!
