I have had my hair cut for some years, mainly with Vanessa at Innovations. I cannot fault them at all. I have had many complements about my hair over the years. As Vanessa knows I am continually changing my hair style and by giving ideas of the style I like, I allow her to use her expertise to be creative. I think this is important as the team at Innovations know the latest trends, types of hair and styles to suit particular face shapes. Loving my natural hair colour of 'strawberry blond,' I decided to have a full hair colour to become more 'ginger' a colour I love. Vanessa took samples of my hair to colour. I met her prior to my appointment to decide on the one that suited my colouring. During my cut and colour I was very well looked after...a chat with the girls and a lovely cup of tea! Also I had a good chat asking questions of how to do particular styles. I am so pleased with my new colour. I couldn't recommend innovations highly enough.
